Pakkam is made by Kernbase Studio: a home-screen widget for two people, showing each other's mood and a short note. It is not a messaging service and it is not a way to reach someone urgently.
Notes arrive when Apple's iCloud delivers them, which is usually seconds and occasionally not at all — a phone can be off, offline, or asleep. Never rely on Pakkam for anything time-critical or safety-related.
Pakkam is being tested. Things will change, features may be removed, and data may be lost between versions. Please don't put anything in here that you would be upset to lose.
Yours. You are responsible for it, and for who you choose to pair with. Anyone you pair with can read everything you put in Pakkam — that is the entire point, so pair carefully.
Pakkam stores everything in iCloud, so it cannot work without one. Data counts against the iCloud storage of whoever created the pair, though we're talking about kilobytes.
Pakkam is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will work, keep working, or keep your data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it.
Unpair or delete everything at any time, from Settings. We may stop offering Pakkam, in which case your data stays in your iCloud until you remove it.
