Invite someone you love ❤️
Small ways
to be there.
Meeting ran late, don’t wait up 😘 eat something and sleep, home by 10:20
One little note
Until the next one.
A mood at a glance
Always on your Home Screen.
sunday ☕
miss u!!
A photo, both halves
Yours and theirs. Gone tomorrow.
A nudge, no words
For when there is nothing to say.
Waving!
since 21 July, last year
Days together
On your Lock Screen, counting up.
Two minutes to set up.
Then it just lives there.
Add Pakkam to your Home Screen
Start sharing little moments 🤌🏻
Your privacy
matters more
End-to-end encrypted, always
Keys stay on your phones, never ours
Sign in with Apple, nothing else
Your city, never your location
One pair, invite-only, nothing public
Unpair, and your half is gone
Good questions,
honest answers.
When can I actually use Pakkam?
We’re in private testing with a small group right now. Everyone on the waitlist gets an invite first, in the order they joined, and the App Store release follows once the first pairs have lived with it for a while. You’ll get one email from us the day your invite is ready, and nothing before that.
Is it only for iPhone, or can my person be on Android?
iPhone only for now, on iOS 17 and up, because the whole point is the Home Screen widgets and those are built on Apple’s widget system. If your person is on Android, join the waitlist anyway: it tells us how many pairs are waiting on that, and you’ll hear from us first when it changes.
What does it cost?
Writing notes, sending nudges and your days-together widget are free for as long as you use Pakkam. Moods, photos and your history together are Pakkam Plus — and your first week of it is free, from the App Store, once the two of you connect. One subscription covers both of you, never two.
We’ll tell everyone on the waitlist the price before it goes live.
Can you read my moods and notes?
No, and not because we promise not to. Your two phones agree on a secret key between themselves when you pair, and everything you write is encrypted with that key before it leaves your phone. What reaches our servers is scrambled text we have no key for. The only way to read a note is to be one of the two phones it was written for.
Where does my data live, and why isn’t it just on my phone?
It lives on Cloudflare, in encrypted form, so a note you leave at 8 pm can still reach your person’s Home Screen when your phone is off or out of signal. We store your Apple sign-in, the city you picked, a push token for notifications, and the encrypted blob. Your name, your mood and your notes are only ever readable on the two phones that hold the key.
What happens to everything if we stop using it?
Tap Unpair and your half is deleted from our side right away, along with the pair itself. Delete the app and the copy on your phone goes with it. Your person keeps their own half until they unpair too; we can’t delete it for them, because we can’t read it. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Made for the little
